Throughout my studies, and works, I honed my skills in journalism methods, shooting, interviewing, editing, and post-production. Depression, Musician & Inspiration
This documentary explores the complex relationship between mental health and creativity. Through in-depth interviews with musicians from diverse backgrounds in Cardiff, we investigate the roots of depression within the music industry and analyze how emotional states impact artistic inspiration. The film also features insights from music therapists, who offer a professional perspective on the role of music therapy in addressing mental health challenges.
By examining both the personal experiences of artists and the therapeutic dimensions of music, the documentary provides a view of how depression influences creative processes and how artistic expression can affect mental well-being.
